We have just returned to the UK from a great holiday in Florida and having met you and bought sour dough bread on Gasperilla island we are still remembering how delicious your bread was. Nothing else has come anywhere near as good and I am back on to rice cakes!

Reply: My daughter loved the cake ate almost the whole thing, our guests the cake was good, but for me it wasn’t sweet enough, I prefer it to be sweeter
